5) Your device arrives in-store within 2-3 working days, then wallop - ready to be collected or hand delivered to you!

Pre-order product condition explained
Many companies have different definitions of the term 'GRADE A' - our standard is extremely high so 'Grade A condition' to us means the device is in as-new or excellent state with little to no scuffs or blemishes on the screen or housing. 14 day no quibble money back guarantee if you're not happy with the condition of your device.
As all products we sell are used / pre-loved / second hand / reconditioned, some parts may have been replaced in order to bring your new to you device up to our standard. Unlike other companies, we list all replaced parts in an overview document that compliments your device on collection/delivery for total transparency.
Battery life guarantee
We will replace your battery for free within 12 months from the purchase date if it's capacity dips below 85%. If the battery has already been replaced in your device before purchae, we will replace it at any time you desire within 12 months of purchase regardless of it's capacity or 'health'.

Item Condition
Grade A+ (As-new)
The device will be fully working and in perfect cosmetic condition after being proffessionally refurbished by our expert technicians. As-new devices may have had some parts replaced, details of which are noted in the specifications description for total transparency.
Grade A (Excellent)
The device will be fully working with minimal signs of use. It will have mostly original parts but may have had some parts replaced in order to pass our high standards, details of which are noted in the specifications description.
Grade B+ (Good)
The device will be fully working with some signs of use such as moderate scuffs or scratches. Exact details will be noted in the description, for example if a device has a perfect front screen but a scratched back glass and frame this is B+ condition.
Grade B (OK)
The device will be fully working with more obvious signs of use such as scuffs or scratches, these will be detailed in the description.

Warranty
12 Month Warranty
All devices come with this warranty as standard and is limited to:
- Part failure through no interference by yourself or a 3rd party.
What is not covered includes but is not limited to:
- Accidental or intentional damage of any part.
- Liquid damage.
- Mis-use of the device
- Face ID failure
- Touch ID failure
- 3rd party repairs to your device
Make it immortal extended warranty
As above but for an additional 12 or 24 months depending on your selection at checkout.
Repairs
Damaging your device will invalidate it's warranty, using our repair service will reinstate it, like nothing ever happened!

Shipping
Free shipping, now and forever! If you have a Hull post code we can hand deliver your item too or you can arrange to collect it from us.
Purchases made before 2pm mon - fri are shipped same day, purchases made after 2pm or on weekends are shipped the next working day.
Collections available by appointment 7am - 5pm mon - fri.

Battery Health
When testing our phones pre-sale we measure the battery capacity. Any battery found to have less than 85% capacity is replaced with a new one, this will be noted in the specifications description of the item.
For iPhone, this means you will not be able to manually see the battery health capacity in settings and will have a notification that says it has been replcaed. Our battery health guarantee offers a free replacement of any battery within 12 moths of purchase that dips below 80% for original battery's or at any time you desire if we have already replaced it in the refurbishment process, just get in touch for your free replacement.

Parts Replaced
In order to provide the highest standard device possible, we may have replaced some parts in your new-to-you device. These are high quality components and we note exactly what has been replaced in the specifications description table.
For iPhone, when a screen, battery or camera is replaced the device displays an 'Unknown Part' message in the settings. Whilst this cannot be circumvented, it is nothing to worry about and every part of your device is covered by our 12 month warranty. Phew!

Returns & Refunds
If your device is defective/faulty/not as described, we have a no quibble 14 day free return or replacement policy for a full refund. If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we will also accept returns upto 30 days from purchase & you will receive an 80% refund.
The item must be in it's original condition, reset to factory settings and have all iCloud / Google accounts removed. Items returned with locked accounts or with damage will not be accepted, all IMEI's are recorded to identify your device.
